MONDAY
Your Father Cares for You
I am the one who answers your prayers and cares for you.
I am like a tree that is always green;
all your fruit comes from me. (Hos. 14:8 NLT)

Today’s prayer: God, I want to understand that You are my Father, and I want this understanding to change my life forever. Please open my eyes so I can see You as my Father more clearly.

TUESDAY
Your Father Has Good in Mind for You
The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
He makes me lie down in green pastures,

Today’s prayer: Father God, there are times when it’s very hard for me to see Your provision in my life, but Your Word says that You are with me and are taking care of me. Please help me to perceive how You are my Father who provides everything for me.

WEDNESDAY
Knowing Your Father Gives You Courage
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not be terrified nor dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. (Josh. 1:9 NASB)

Because He’s your Father, you get to be strong and courageous.

Today’s prayer: Father God, what does it mean that You are with me? Please teach me more about Your presence in my life, and show me how I can be strong and courageous because of You. You are my Father, and I am strong and brave because of You.

THURSDAY
Knowing Your Father Gives You Peace
The Lord bless you, and keep you;
The Lord cause His face to shine on you,
And be gracious to you;
The Lord lift up His face to you,
And give you peace. (Num. 6:24–26 NASB)

FRIDAY
Your Father Has Good Things for You
And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. (2 Cor. 9:8 NIV)

I want to see those things—I don’t want to miss a single thing You’re doing. You are my Father, and You are at work in my life.
May your Friday be blessed, and may your confidence in the Lord rise up strong.
SATURDAY
Your Father Has Good Plans for You
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jer. 29:11 NIV)

Your Father has not forgotten the things He said He would do for you.

Today’s prayer: Father God, I declare that Your plans for me are GOOD. I let go of the fear that I’m going to mess up or fail or be forgotten, or that You have bad things in store for me. Your plans for me are good, and I am going to see good things happen in my life, because You are my Father.
May your Saturday be blessed, and may you know the comfort of your Father at a deep level.
SUNDAY
Your Father Is Constant, All-the-time Love for You
But even the hairs of your head are all counted. Do not fear; you are more valuable than a great number of sparrows. (Luke 12:7 NASB)

Today’s prayer: Father God, please help me to see how much You love me—to really, really see it. May I become courageous in Your love! You are my Father, and Your love for me is so great that my heart cannot contain all of it.
