Oh, How He Loves You!

Greetings from Becoming the One!
Dear Becoming the One family,
The love of God will change your life. I know this from personal experience.
I grew up knowing about God, but I didn’t know He loved me. In fact, I didn’t even know that a personal relationship with Him was an option.
But one night when I was a teenager, my mom and I went to a revival meeting where I met the living God for real. And for the first time in my life, I encountered His love. My aching heart suddenly found what it needed.
That is what God’s love does. It is the answer to the ache in our hearts!
His love heals us.
His love sets us free from fear and terror.
His love makes us whole.
In His love, we realize how pleased He is with us.
How heartbreaking that so many of His children have never experienced His love. They don’t even realize they can!
Oh, beloved child, if that’s you—if you don’t know how much you are loved—may this be the month when everything changes.
May your heart come to echo Job’s amazing prayer:
My ears had heard of you
but now my eyes have seen you. (Job 42:5 NIV)
This month at Becoming the One, we’re talking about encountering God’s love.
Not just with our heads.
Not from a distance.
But up close, with our hearts.
We get to experience His love in every part and season of our lives—in singleness, in dating and marriage, in raising a family. His love is a huge river constantly flowing in our lives. It never stops, and we are never without it. What an amazing truth!
Please join us this month as we explore our heavenly Father’s love. May your heart encounter Him at a deeper level, and may great joy overtake you!
